PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS
Some products sold on the Website, such as perfumes, cannot be shipped in some geographical areas, in accordance with international shipping regulations. In case the Customer ordered a restricted product requesting delivery in one of these areas, once Lidia Shopping has verified the order, it will be canceled and fully refunded.
DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
Shipment by Lidia Shopping takes place via express courier at the cost indicated, from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. Once the Customer has placed the order, it can take up to 2 working days before the ordered product is shipped. In the case of promotional sales, shipping times may vary. Shipments for orders made on holidays and weekends will be taken on the next business day. In any case, Lidia Shopping reserves the right to postpone the shipment for extraordinary events not attributable to the same. In the case of shipments outside the European Union, possible customs stop could lengthen delivery times.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED
At the time of shipment, an email containing the order data and the tracking link to trace the product will be sent to the address indicated by the Customer. All orders placed on the Website will be accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items in Euro, as required by law. If the order is made by a new Customer, Lidia Shopping reserves the right to verify the transaction before proceeding to the shipment. Such verification may cause some delay in order shipment.
WHAT TO DO WHEN RECEIVING THE PRODUCT
Upon delivery of every order, the Customer is asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. Packages are carefully sealed with a Lidia Shopping logo print tape around the sides of the box. If for any reason the box looks tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the Customer is invited to either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the delivery. If the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, the Customer must open a claim immediately with the courier and contact our Customer Care.
If, for any reason, packages are not able to be successfully sent to the shipping address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase, there is a risk that the box will be returned to Lidia Shopping at the Customer expenses. These fees will then be deducted from any refunds due to the Customer. If the Customer decides, for any reason, to refuse package delivery or to return it to sender at the moment of delivery, any shipping cost and customs duties charged to Lidia Shopping will be deducted from any eventual refund due to the Customer.
